Register New Job

Admin registers the job; the system prints a QR label to stick on the job or batch.

QR Label
The label appears here once the job is registered.

Scan by PIC

The PIC's phone view. When a task is done, the PIC scans the job's QR and taps confirm.

How it works
  1. The PIC logs in once per shift. The phone knows which station they work at.
  2. Scan the job's QR. One scan + one tap, no typing a status.
  3. The system only accepts a job that is actually at the PIC's station. Try picking "Printing" and scanning a job still at Design: it gets rejected.
  4. QC can fail a job and send it back to Printing / Press / Sewing. Rework is counted.
  5. Every scan appears on the admin Dashboard instantly, no refresh.

iPhone: PWA (opened from the home screen, like an app). Android: APK. Both require login.

Track Job

Full history of one job, like tracking a J&T parcel. Type the job no. or scan the QR on the label.

Enter a job no., scan its QR label, or click any job on the Dashboard.

Reports

Calculated straight from the scan records. The longer the system runs, the more accurate it gets.

System load projection

8,000 jobs/month × ~6 scans = ~48,000 records/month.
At peak, 10,000+ jobs = ~60,000 records/month.
A standard mini server handles this comfortably, with no monthly cloud fees.
